The travel industry is used to talk about it's destinations, it's service and itself. We wanted to shift the conversation to the customer; how do you want your holiday to be, how do you want to be inspired and what would you like to do.
I build a full roadmap and implementation backlog for this project to be run either centrally or locally. We brought stakeholders from 15 different countries and over 20 different departments together to start thinking about the customer first.
